Description
The primary issue in this appeal by Ronald Eldon Triggs (husband) is a claim that the district court erred in awarding custody of the minor daughters of the parties to Carole Kincaid Triggs (wife). Additional claims of error are asserted relating to distribution of the marital property of the parties and calculation of child support. The wife contends this court should certify there was no reasonable cause for the appeal and award her costs, damages, and reasonable attorney fees in connection with the appeal. The husbands contentions all depend upon establishing an abuse of discretion by the trial court. We hold the record in this case does not demonstrate an abuse of discretion with respect to any of the claims of error, but we are unable to certify there was no reasonable cause for the appeal. The Supplemental Decree of Divorce entered in the trial court is affirmed in all respects.
